Steps
- Step 1
Heat a kadai with 1 tsp ghee, add 2 tbsp jaggery powder and mix until it melts.
- Step 2
Add crushed pumpkin seeds, 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder, 4 saffron strands and mix until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 4
Transfer on a flat surface and roll it thinly
- Step 5
Allow it to cool and cut into pieces
- Step 6
Store in an air tight container and enjoy!
