Ingredients

- Step 1
For Filling
In a pan, add 4 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 4 tbsp jaggery powder and 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder.
- Step 2
Add 20g chopped figs into it.
- Step 3
Mix all ingredients well till jaggery melts.
- Step 4
For Dough
Heat 1 tsp ghee and roast 1/4 cup suji into it.
- Step 5
When suji turns aromatic and slightly change its colour, add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Milk along with 1 tsp of each pista and almond powder mix well.
- Step 6
Add kesar Nestlé A+ Milk and keep stirring till the mixture thickens.
- Step 7
Turn off the heat and allow it to cool, take a small portion, add prepared filling, press and seal it from sides.
- Step 8
Delicious modak is ready to serve.
