Take a mixing bowl and add grated tofu, 2 tbsp grated turnip, 2 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and 1/4 tsp mixed herbs, mix all the ingredients properly.
- Step 2
Take 2 slices of brown wheat bread and evenly spread 2 tsp mayonnaise.
- Step 3
Spread the previously made turnip mixture and add 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 4
Cover it with the other slice.
- Step 5
Cut and serve fresh.
