- Step 1
For Gatte
In a bowl add 1/4 cup whole wheat flour.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tsp haldi, Add 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp salt, water as required and knead into a semi soft dough.
- Step 3
Roll the dough into a long cylindrical shape.
- Step 4
Cut in a chunks.
- Step 5
Add in a boiling water and cook them.
- Step 6
For Gravy
Heat 1 tbsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute well.
- Step 7
Add 1/8 tsp hing, 1/4 tsp haldi. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala.
- Step 8
Add 1/4 tsp methi leaves, 1/4 cup tomato puree and add water as required. Mix well.
- Step 9
Add boiled gatte and give it a mix.
- Step 10
Add 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Curd and mix.
- Step 11
Add 1 tsp chopped coriander.
- Step 12
Cover with a lid and let it cook.
- Step 13
Give a Nestle Twist by adding lemon juice.
- Step 14
Serve hot
