Steps
- Step 1
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil then add 1 dry red chilli, 1 tsp chopped garlic,1/8 cup julienne onion and saute.
- Step 2
Add 1 tbsp grated carrot 1/2 tsp soya sauce,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/2 cup julienned green cabbage,1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding peanuts.
- Step 4
Add 1 tbsp chopped spring onion and give it a stir.
- Step 5
Serve hot.
