Steps
- Step 1
For Mixture
In a pan, add 1/2 tsp oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic,1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi,2 tsp chopped spring onion, and 50 gm minced chicken.
- Step 2
Now saute all the ingredients well.
- Step 3
Add water, cover, and cook.
- Step 4
For Wrap
In a mixing bowl, add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1/8 tsp salt and water. Knead into dough. Roll the dough with a rolling pin.
- Step 5
Cut the rolled dough into small circles and fill the mixture. Fold and seal into momos shape.
- Step 6
Give a nestle twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 7
In the steamer , place the momos on the plate. Cover and steam till done. Serve hot.
