Steps
- Step 1
To make the marinade, take a mixing bowl to add 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp dry mango powder, 1/4th tsp garam masala powder, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp salt and mix it well together.
- Step 2
Take 100gm of chicken and make slits on the chicken.
- Step 3
Place the slit chicken in the marinade and using your hand coat it properly on both sides with the marinade. Keep aside.

Take a griller and melt 1 tsp butter.
- Step 5
Place the previously marinated chicken in the griller and roast it on both sides to make tandoori chicken.
- Step 6
Once golden brown on both sides, take it off the flame and keep aside.
- Step 7
To make the sauce, heat 1.5 tsp oil in a frying pan at a low flame.
- Step 8
Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1.5 tbsp schezwan chutney, 1 tsp soya sauce, 2 tsp red chilli sauce and sauté.
- Step 9
Add the previously cooked tandoori chicken and stir fry it evenly on all sides.
- Step 10
Garnish with lemon slices.
- Step 11
Serve hot.
