Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp ghee, add 1 tsp chopped cashewnut, 2 tsp chopped almond and roast until light brown
- Step 2
Add 1/4 cup poha and roast for a minute.
- Step 3
Pour 3/4 cup soy milk, add 1 tbsp sugar and bring it to a boil.
- Step 4
Once it thickens, add 6 raisins and 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder.
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding pumpkin seeds
- Step 6
And it is ready, serve warm or chilled
