Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp ghee, add 1/2 cup grated pumpkin and saute for a minute
- Step 2
Pour 1 cup of skimmed milk, add chopped dates and mix well
- Step 3
Simmer over low flame until it thickens
- Step 4
Add 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder and mix well
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle twist by adding pumpkin seeds
- Step 6
Garnish with 1 tsp chopped almonds.
