Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan, pour 2 cups Nestlé A+ Milk in a pan and bring it to a boil
- Step 2
Add 1 tsp lemon juice and stir it continuously to let the Nestlé A+ Milk Nestlé A+ Curdle.
- Step 3
Stir gently until Nestlé A+ Milk Nestlé A+ Curdles and separates.
- Step 4
Line a strainer with cheesecloth or a clean cotton cloth.
- Step 5
Drain excess whey and collect paneer
- Step 6
Transfer the paneer into a bowl, add 1/4 tsp kesar strands.
- Step 7
Knead the ingredients together to make a soft dough.
- Step 8
Roll into smooth smallsized balls without cracks and keep aside.
- Step 9
Make sugar syrup by boiling 2 cups water, add 2 tbsp sugar powder and 1 green elaichi.
- Step 10
Boil until thread like consistency is formed
- Step 11
Gradually add the small balls and simmer for a minute.
- Step 12
Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 10 min.
- Step 13
Remove from heat and cool down to room temperature
- Step 14
Give it a Nestle twist by adding mixed nuts
- Step 15
Refrigerate and serve.
