Steps
- Step 1
Heat a kadhai with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera and 1/4 tsp rai.
- Step 2
Add 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/4 cup raw banana and saute until light brown
- Step 3
Season with 1/8 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp haldi.
- Step 4
Add 1/2 cup chopped methi leaves and mix well.
- Step 5
Cover and cook until they wilt and reduce in volume for 2 minutes.
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds
- Step 7
Serve hot with chapati.
