Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl mix 2 tbsp rice flour, 30g soya flour, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp fresh coconut, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 3
Knead a semi soft dough using water as required.
- Step 4
Rest for 5 mins.
- Step 5
Divide into equal sized balls, roll it into a round shaped paratha.
- Step 6
Roast on a tawa using 1 tsp coconut oil till light brown.
- Step 7
Serve Hot.
