Steps
- Step 1
In a pan add 1/2 tsp ghee, 1/4 cup wheat vermicelli, roast a little
- Step 2
Add 1 cup soy milk, cover and cook it.
- Step 3
Let it simmer
- Step 4
Add 2 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp chopped almonds, 1/2 tsp chopped cashewnuts, 5 raisins and mix it well
- Step 5
Add 1/8th tsp green elaichi powder & mix well.
- Step 6
Serve it hot.
