Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add moong dal batter, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp chopped french beans, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding chopped cashewnuts.
- Step 3
Heat a pan with oil for frying
- Step 4
Wet your hands with water to prevent sticking. Take a small portion of the batter, shape it into a round ball, and then create a hole in the center, forming a doughnut shape.
- Step 5
Gently slide the shaped vadas into the hot oil.
- Step 6
Cook until the vadas are golden brown and crispy on both sides
- Step 7
Drain them on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Step 8
Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
