Steps
- Step 1
In a grinder add 1/8 cup diced banana,1/3 cup coconut milk,1 tbsp sugar, 7.5g tapioca starch,1/4 cup soy milk,1/8 tsp gelatin and grind it well.
- Step 2
Pour mixture in a heated pan and cook it till it thickens in consistency.
- Step 3
Pour cooked mixture in a mold and refrigerate it till set.
- Step 4
Add 1/2 tsp sugar on top of the set custard and caramelize it with a blow torch.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding almonds.
- Step 6
Serve.
