Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add cooked rice, broccoli and carrot mixture, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste,1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1 tbsp corn flour and 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 2
Season with salt for taste, mix well and set aside
- Step 3
In another bowl add 1 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese,1/4 tsp mixed herbs and mix well.
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds
- Step 5
Take a portion of rice mixture and gently press it.
- Step 6
Fill with cheese mixture, fold and roll into the balls.
- Step 7
Coat it with crushed oats and heat oil for frying in a pan.
- Step 8
Deep fry till golden brown and serve hot with tomato ketchup and enjoy.
