Steps
- Step 1
Cook 3 tbsp rice and keep aside.
- Step 2
In a nonstick pan, heat 2 tsp oil.
- Step 3
Add 1/2 tsp rai, 1 tbsp black urad dal, 1 tbsp red gram dal, 1 tbsp bengal gram dal, 5 curry leaves, 1 tbsp chopped cashew nuts and cooked rice. Mix well.
- Step 4
Then add 1 tbsp curry leaves powder, 1 tsp black pepper powder and 1/4 tsp salt.
- Step 5
Mix and cook well.
- Step 6
Give a Nestle Twist by adding almonds.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
