Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1.25 cup skimmed milk and bring it to a boil
- Step 2
Add soaked daliya and cover and cook until soft over low flame
- Step 3
Add 2 tbsp chopped jaggery, 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder and mix until it dissolves well
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle twist by adding raisins
- Step 5
Garnish with roasted chopped almonds, cashewnuts and pista
- Step 6
Serve warm or chilled
