Steps
- Step 1
In a pan, heat 2 tsp oil, add 1/4th cup of jackfruit.
- Step 2
Saute well and keep aside.
- Step 3
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 4
Add in 1/4th tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1/8th tsp green chilli paste and mix well.
- Step 5
Now add 1/8th cup juilenne onion and saute.
- Step 6
Add 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, 1/4th tsp red chilli, 1/4th tsp garam masala and mix.
- Step 7
Add 2 tbsp chopped tomato, cooked jackfruit, 1/4th tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 8
Cover and allow to cook until the vegtable is completely done.
- Step 9
Garnish with 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis.
