Steps
- Step 1
In a pan, add 1 tsp oil.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp rai, 5 kadi patta, 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
- Step 3
Add 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp salt and mix it well.
- Step 4
Add enough water, add 1/4 tsp garam masala, mix it well.
- Step 5
Add 2 tbsp oats and soaked whole moong sprouts, add water as required
- Step 6
Cover with lid.
- Step 7
Cook for 3 whistles.
- Step 8
Serve it hot.
