Steps
- Step 1
Prepreparation
Boil 1/4 cup macaroni, strain and preserve the water. Keep aside.
- Step 2
Blanch 1/2 cup diced tomatoes and blend into a puree. Keep aside.
- Step 3
Boil 50 gm chicken, shred and keep aside.
- Step 4
For Pasta
Take a kadhai and melt 1 tsp butter in it.
- Step 5
Saute 1 tsp chopped garlic and 1 tsp chopped onion in the butter till they turn golden brown.
- Step 6
Add tomato puree, 1 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp mixed herbs, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp salt, shredded chicken and mix well.
- Step 7
Allow it to simmer, then add boiled macaroni and the preserved pasta water.
- Step 8
Mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 9
Serve hot.
