Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pressure cooker with 2 tsp ghee, add 1/4 tsp jeera, 2 cloves, kadi patta, 1/4 tsp hing and saute.
- Step 2
Add 1 tbsp fresh peas, 1 tbsp chopped carrot and cook for a minute
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated ginger
- Step 4
Add 2 tbsp tur dal, 2 tbsp rice, 1/4 tsp haldi, salt for taste and mix well
- Step 5
Pour water as required, close the lid and pressure cook until 34 whistles.
- Step 6
Serve hot with kadhi or Nestlé A+ Curd
