Steps
- Step 1
Knead a dough with 3.5 tbsp wheat flour with water
- Step 2
soak and pressure cook rajma.
- Step 3
To make the filling, take cooked rajma in a bowl.
- Step 4
To this, add 1/8 tsp of salt, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 haldi, and 1/4 tsp dry mango powder .

Then add 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mash all the ingredients well.
- Step 6
Keep the mixture aside.
- Step 7
Now roll out the dough into a round paratha.
- Step 8
Fill the stuffing carefully in the middle and fold in the edges.
- Step 9
Seal the edges leaving no gaps.
- Step 10
Roll the paratha again in a round shape.
- Step 11
Apply 1.5 tsp ghee and roast on a heated tawa.
- Step 12
Flip and repeat on the other side until its roasted.
- Step 13
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 14
Serve with Nestlé A+ Curd.
