- Step 1
Heat 1.5 tsp oil in a deep kadhai.
- Step 2
Add some dry spices, 2 no. Cloves, 1 no. Green Elaichi, 1 no. Star Anise, 1/4 tsp Jeera, 2 no. Black Pepper, 1 no. Black Elaichi, 1/2 no. Bay Leaf, and 1/4 inch Cinnamon stick roast till aromatic.

Add 3 tbsp Chopped Onion, 4 tbsp Chopped Tomato and saute till they turn soft and mushy
- Step 4
Now, Add 1 tsp Chopped Green Chilli, 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp Haldi, 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1/4 tsp Dry Mango Powder, 1/4 tsp Garam Masala and fry the spices well on low heat.
- Step 5
Saute till it starts to leave oil.
- Step 6
Add water to adjust consistency and stir well.
- Step 7
Cover with lid and allow to cook.
- Step 8
Open the lid and add Cooked Mutton to the gravy.
- Step 9
Add 2 tsp Nestlé A+ Curd, some water and stir well till the raw smell of Nestlé A+ Curd goes.
- Step 10
Garnish with 1 tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves and serve hot with naan or chapati.
