- Step 1
For stuffing
In a pan add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 ginger garlic paste, 14 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder,1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1 tbsp chopped onion, saute till onion is well cooked.

Now add 1 cup chopped palak and 3 tbsp grated paneer and 1/8 tbsp salt, saute well .
- Step 3
Cover with a lid and let it cook.
- Step 4
For Dough
In a bowl take 1/4 cup wheat flour and 1 tbsp maida and 1/8 tbsp salt.
- Step 5
Knead into a soft dough with the required water.
- Step 6
Roll out into a round roti.
- Step 7
On a pan roast it from both sides with 1/2 tsp ghee.
- Step 8
For Wrap
On a tawa heat 1/2 tsp butter.
- Step 9
Place the roti and add the palak paneer mixture.
- Step 10
Remove from heat, roll the roti and serve hot.
