Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1/2 tsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp lemon juice, pinch of black salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder and mix well.
- Step 2
Add 1/8 cup of each diced yellow capsicum, cucumber, onion, chopped cherry tomato and 1 tsp chopped mint leaves.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding pine nuts.
- Step 4
Mix well and serve the delicious salsa.
