Til Chikki

Heat 2 tsp ghee in a pan and add 3 tbsp jaggery powder.

Keep stirring until it melts and is smooth.

Add 3 tbsp white til and mix until coated well.

Add 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder and mix well.

Give it aNestle twist by adding pumpkin seeds

Transfer the mixture to a clean surface and spread it evenly.

Once it has cooled slightly, cut into desirable shape.

And its ready.
