Steps
- Step 1
To make the filling for paratha, take 1/3 cup boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl.
- Step 2
To this, add 1/4 tsp each of ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp jeera, and 1/4 tsp ajwain.

Then, add 2 tbsp of boiled peas and mash all the ingredients well.

Keep the mixture aside.

Now, roll the dough using a rolling pin.
- Step 6
Fill the stuffing carefully between two rolled sheets.
- Step 7
Using moist fingers, fold the dough edges leaving no gaps.
- Step 8
Apply 1.5 tsp ghee and roast on a heated tawa.
- Step 9
Flip and repeat on the other side until its roasted.
- Step 10
Serve hot with 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd.
