Steps
- Step 1
In a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion and 1 tbsp chopped tomato. Saute well
- Step 2
Add 1 cup chopped amaranth leaves and saute well
- Step 3
Add 1/4th tsp haldi, 1/4th tsp red chilli powder and 1/4 cup coconut milk. Mix well.
- Step 4
Season with 1/4 tsp salt and let it simmer.
- Step 5
Serve hot.
