Steps
- Step 1
Heat 1.5 tsp oil in a frying pan and add 1/2 tsp jeera.
- Step 2
Once jeera starts crackling, add 1/2 cup julienne onion and sauté.
- Step 3
Once the onions start turning slightly transparent, add 1/4 tsp haldi, 1 tsp dhania powder, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder and mix well.
- Step 4
Further, add 1/2 cup chopped bhindi, 1/8 tsp salt and mix again.
- Step 5
Cover and allow it to cook.
- Step 6
Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Step 7
Serve hot with chapatti.
