Steps
- Step 1
For Egg Omelette
Beat 1/2 an egg with 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 2
In a pan heat 1/4 tsp oil, add beaten egg and fry from both sides.
- Step 3
For Pizza
In a thick bottom pan add 1 tsp butter.
- Step 4
Once the butter has melted, place 1 white bread and toast on both sides.
- Step 5
While the bread is on the pan, spread 1.5 tbsp pizza sauce on one side and place the egg omelette on top of the bread.
- Step 6
To that sprinkle 1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1.5 tbsp grated cheese and 1/2 tsp mixed herbs.
- Step 7
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black olives.
- Step 8
Cover and cook until cheese melts on a low flame.
- Step 9
Slice into two halves and serve hot with sauce.
