Steps
- Step 1
Take a bowl and add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 2 tbsp maida,1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp baking powder,1/4th tsp sugar, 2 tsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tsp butter combine well and knead a soft dough, add water as required.
- Step 2
Take a bowl and add 2 tbsp grated cheese, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 3
Make a roll out of the kneaded dough and roll into a roti, Spread the cheese mixture on the dough.
- Step 4
Fold and seal properly
- Step 5
Roll out a thick naan.
- Step 6
Apply some water on back side of the naan.
- Step 7
Transfer to a tawa cover and cook.
- Step 8
Roast well from both sides.
- Step 9
Serve hot.
