Steps
- Step 1
In a blender add 50g chicken, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp ghee, 1/4 tsp garam masala and grind all the ingredients together.

Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated carrots
- Step 3
Transfer to a bowl and shape into cutlet.
- Step 4
Dip into seasoned egg mixture and coat with 1 tbsp breadcrumbs.
- Step 5
Heat oil for frying and fry the cutlet until crisp and golden brown.
- Step 6
Slice the burger bun into 2 halves.
- Step 7
Place a lettuce and spread 1 tsp mayonnaise.
- Step 8
Place the chicken cutlet, 1 cheese slice, 1 tomato and onion slice and cover with the other half of the bun.
- Step 9
Serve with ketchup.
