Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, a bowl and add 3 tbsp boiled mashed potato, add 1.5 tbsp grated green papaya, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tbsp corn flour and mix well.

In another bowl add 1 tbsp grated tofu, 1/8 tsp mixed herbs and mix well.
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 4
Take a portion of potato mixture and flatten it.
- Step 5
Fill in with 1 tbsp cheese mixture.
- Step 6
Fold and roll into round balls.
- Step 7
Coat it with 2 tsp bread crumbs.
- Step 8
Heat oil for frying and deep fry until crisp and golden brown.
- Step 9
Serve hot with tomato ketchup. Enjoy.
