Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1/4 cup besan, 1/2 cup chopped methi leaves, 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, green chilli and garlic paste, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, 2 tsp oil and 1 tbsp peanut powder.

Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 3
Mix everything well.
- Step 4
Add a little water to moisten the mixture.
- Step 5
Grease your palm with oil, take small portion and mold into cylindrical rolls.
- Step 6
Heat kadhai with oil for frying.
- Step 7
Add muthia and fry until golden brown and crispy.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
