Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add 1/2 cup boiled sweet potato along with 1 tbsp rice flour, 1 tsp corn flour and 1/4 tsp of seasonings, such as mango powder, green chili paste, salt, and black pepper powder.
- Step 2
Mash and mix gently. Add water vs required to make very thick batter.
- Step 3
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and spread the sweet potato mix as small thick pancakes.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding moong sprouts.
- Step 5
Shallow fry and cook till it crisps.
- Step 6
Now, take 2 lettuce leaves and spread 1 tbsp each of tomato ketchup and mayonnaise on it.
- Step 7
Wrap a pancake with a lettuce leaf around it.
- Step 8
Serve fresh.
