Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute until light brown
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala and a little water.
- Step 3
Add 1 tsp dhania powder, 3 tbsp grated pumpkin and mix it well.
- Step 4
Pour a little water.
- Step 5
Add 1/8 cup diced tofu and combine well.
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 7
Allow it to cool and keep aside.
- Step 8
Knead 2.5 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1/8 tsp salt with water as required.
- Step 9
Roll into a round shape and cut into a half.
- Step 10
Make triangular pockets of each half.
- Step 11
Fill with tofu pumpkin mixture and seal the edges.
- Step 12
Heat oil for frying and deep fry the samosa until golden brown.
- Step 13
Serve hot.
