Steps
- Step 1
For Wonton Stuffing
In a bowl add 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped green cabbage, 1 tbsp chopped french beans, 1/2 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tsp chopped spring onion, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well
- Step 2
Season with 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp garlic paste, 1/8 tsp soya sauce, 1/4 tsp oyster sauce and mix it well.
- Step 3
For Wonton
In a bowl add 1/4 cup ragi flour, 1/4 cup wheat flour, 1 tsp oil and mix well
- Step 4
Gradually add water and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 5
Divide the dough into equal parts and roll each to a round shape
- Step 6
Place a small spoonful of the vegetable filling in the center of each round
- Step 7
Fold the dough to form a dumpling shape, pinching the edges tightly to seal.
- Step 8
For Soup
In a pan add water and bring it to a boil

Add 1 tbsp chopped celery stalk, 1/8 cup chopped spinach and season with salt for taste
- Step 10
Gently drop the wontons to the simmering broth and cook until the wontons are tender.
- Step 11
Ladle the soup into bowls, ensuring each bowl gets some wontons.
- Step 12
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 13
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot
