Steps
- Step 1
In a mixing bowl, take 4 tbsp bajra flour, 1 tbsp boiled mashed peas, 1/4 tsp white til, 2 tsp chopped green garlic, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp hing.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 3
Mix it properly with hand, add a little water and knead it into a dough and roll it into a bowl.
- Step 4
Coating it very lightly with bajra flour, flatten it and make a circular roti.
- Step 5
Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame and roast the roti on it. Flip and spread 3/4 tsp ghee on the roti.
- Step 6
Make sure both sides are browned well.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
