Steps
- Step 1
Begin the preprep by soaking 1/4 cup sabudana. Also mash 1/4 cup boiled potatoes. Take 2 tbsp peanuts and roast it and then grind it to a coarse powder.
- Step 2
In a bowl, add soaked sabudana, mashed potato, ground peanuts, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4 tsp jeera, and 1/2 salt.

Mix all the ingredients well.

Then add 1/8 cup grated broccoli.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding sweet corn.
- Step 6
Add 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix again.
- Step 7
Roll the mixture into balls and press gently.
- Step 8
In a pan, heat oil for frying.
- Step 9
Fry the patties till they turn golden brown.
- Step 10
Serve hot with mint chutney
