- Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup besan,1/4 tsp salt,1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1/4 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp garam masala,1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste, water and mix well.
- Step 2
Now add 1/2 cup julienne green cabbage in the prepared batter and mix well.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 4
Heat oil for frying.
- Step 5
Deep fry pakoda on medium heat till golden brown..
