Puree 1/8 cup diced tomato and keep aside.

In a grinder add 1/3 cup diced carrot, 1/4 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 tsp chopped ginger, 1.5 tsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp honey, 1/3 cup coconut milk, tomato puree, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp salt, water as required and grind it in a smooth texture.

Give a Nestle Twist by garnishing with sweet corn.

Serve cold.
