- Step 1
In a blender, add 50 gm chicken, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp ghee, and 1/4 tsp garam masala and blend all the ingredients well.
- Step 2
Take a kadhai and heat oil for deep frying
- Step 3
Take small portions of the mixture and make tikkis.
- Step 4
Coat the tikkis with 1/4 egg and 1 tbsp breadcrumbs.
- Step 5
Deep fry the tikkis until they turn golden brown and crispy.
- Step 6
Pat the tikkis to remove excess oil.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
