Steps
- Step 1
For Flour Mixture
Soak 1.5 tbsp chickpeas and grind into a smooth paste. Dry roast 1/2 tbsp suji and 1/2 tbsp whole wheat flour. Also dry roast 1 tbsp khoa separately.
- Step 2
In a pan heat 1/8 cup ghee, add 1/2 tbsp besan, chole paste and stir it till golden in color.
- Step 3
Add roasted suji and wheat flour, khoa,1 tsp chopped cashew,1 tsp chopped almonds, and mix well.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding raisins.
- Step 5
For Sugar Syrup
In a pan add water as required,4 tbsp sugar,1/4 tsp green elaichi powder then mix well and boil till tone thread consistency.
- Step 6
Add besan mixture, mix and cook it well. Remove from flame and cool it well.
- Step 7
Make round shaped pinnis and serve.
