Steps
- Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add 3.5 tbsp wheat flour, 2 tbsp grated coconut, 1.5 tbsp grated pumpkin and 2 tsp jaggery.
- Step 2
Add required amount of and knead it into a soft dough.
- Step 3
Roll the dough into a paratha.
- Step 4
On the tava, roast both sides of the paratha with 1.5 tsp ghee.
- Step 5
Serve it hot.
