Steps
- Step 1
Prepreaparation
Boil and Coarsely Grind 1/2 cup Sweet Corn
- Step 2
For Chutney
In a blender jar, add 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves, 2 green chillies, 1/8th tsp salt and water as required.
- Step 3
Blend well until all the ingredients are well blended together.
- Step 4
For Idli
In a bowl add 1/4th cup Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/4th cup suji and mix well.
- Step 5
Now add sweet corn, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1/8th tsp salt.
- Step 6
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/2 tsp rai, 5 kadi patta and allow to crackle.
- Step 7
Add the tadka in the prepared idli batter and mix well.
- Step 8
Allow the batter to rest for 10 min.
- Step 9
Add 1 tsp fruit salt in batter and mix Well.
- Step 10
Grease idli moulds with 1 tsp oil, pour in the prepared idli batter.
- Step 11
Steam the batter for 15 minutes.
- Step 12
Serve hot corn idlis with coriander chutney.
