Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1/2 tsp ghee, add 2 tbsp dalia and roast until light brown.
- Step 2
Pour 1 cup soy milk and mix well.
- Step 3
Cover and cook until dalia is soft.
- Step 4
Add 1 tbsp sugar, 1/4 tsp cardamom powder and mix well.
- Step 5
Simmer for a minute.
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding mixed nuts
- Step 7
Garnish with almond slices.
- Step 8
Serve warm.
