Steps
- Step 1
In a pan heat 2 tsp mustard oil, add 1/2 tsp rai, 1 tbsp urad dal, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 4 no. kadhi patta,2 tbsp chopped onion,2 tbsp green beans,3 tbsp chopped carrot, saute well, cover and cook it.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 cup roasted oats,1/4th tsp black pepper powder,1/4th tsp salt, water as required, mix, cover, and cook it.
- Step 3
Add 1/2 number of egg and mix with oats upma until cooked.
- Step 4
Serve hot.
