Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp ragi flour, 2 tbsp makhana powder, 1/8 tsp salt, water as required and knead into a dough.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 3
Roll out the dough into a round bhakri and transfer to a heated tava.
- Step 4
Tap water on bhakri and roast it.
- Step 5
Flip and roast the other side.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
