Steps
- Step 1
Cook 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milkmaid and 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Milk in a pan on low fire.
- Step 2
Stir continuously till it boils.
- Step 3
Add 1/4 cup rice flour and 1 tbsp butter.
- Step 4
Continue cooking on medium heat till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
- Step 5
Add 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder.
- Step 6
Remove from fire and onto a plate, when slightly cool shape into modaks.
